About the Pinnacles

Truly one of a kind.

The Pinnacle Awards are based on the most comprehensive survey effort ever undertaken in the REO industry – thousands of respondents each year generate millions of data points for analysis.

Each year in June, HousingWire releases the top-level winners in each category, and winners are recognized at an exclusive and highly anticipated ceremony held during REO Expo. Any firm receiving more than 50 individual ratings in any category is automatically considered for a Pinnacle Award each year. The winner in each category is then selected from among two finalists announced at the Pinnacle Awards Gala.

Results of the Pinnacle Awards are closely guarded, and will not be released in advance of the awards ceremony. Further, complete survey results are not ever released publicly; full Pinnacle survey results are available for a licensed purchase, and are a critical tool for REO firms looking to benchmark their operations.

The Pinnacle Awards data is analyzed and verified by an independent third party, M/A/R/C Research, an OmniCom company. OmniCom is the corporate parent of such international advertising firms as BBDO Worldwide, DDB Worldwide, and TBWA Worldwide.
